This is our baby at 12 weeks and 4 days. We won’t know the sex of the baby for a few more weeks, but so far it’s healthy and developing normally.

Standard development for 12 weeks has the baby at about 2 inches from crown to rump and weighing about 14 grams, though it’s growing fast – by Saturday it will be 3 inches! The baby was moving a lot during the ultrasound, though it’s too early for me to feel anything.

So far I’m not visibly showing, but it won’t be long. My body is already very different and my clothes don’t fit. Time to go shopping!
