Along with the present I have been dying to get, my Mixer, our friends prepared a video card that includes a slideshow and little congratulatory clips by each of them. It’s a beautiful gift from our friends and we want to share it as an inspiration to others.
Major credit goes out to Leora for putting together this great card and coordinating all our friends. So, thanks to Leora, Ariel, Eugene, Gloria and Gilan for our KitchenAid Mixer and your heartfelt messages!!
We may not be getting married until Saturday, but our Sims have already tied the knot. Leora, the amazing magician behind Sims Gamer, and my fabulous bridesmaid, has crafted and honed the Arieanna & Ianiv Sims to our likenesses, then got them hitched.
Here is a video clip of us getting engaged and married:
Thanks Leora! What a great way to celebrate the wedding :)
No, not the Lindsay Lohan movie. Me, my luck.
Saturday I was feeling better from being sick and was super happy that I wouldn’t be sick for the wedding.
So, of course, I sprained my wrist. Of course.
Now, it’s a small sprain, but it’s tender. Hard to type, etc. I’m icing like mad and wrapping it up. *hopefully* won’t be so bad for Saturday.
:)

Trying to figure out where to go for dinner tomorrow, where I have a variety of low carb options. So I menu browse.
PDFs are not so condusive to the whole browsing thing.
Note to any web developer: stop with the PDFs.
PDFs are good for business documents. For things you want to keep, look at, refer to, and read again. Not for transient information.
Plus, it does crap for your SEO.
Met with Jeremy yesterday for coffee. Looking very suave (he’s a proud SKB reader). In town for a conference.
Chatted briefly on a whole bunch of stuff. Forward looking b5 planning. Lots going on. Very exciting times for the world in which we live and work.
Haven’t seen Jeremy for about a year. Last time he was here I was just in the angst of deciding to quit my job and go pro in this blogging realm. Oh my, what a good decision that was.
My year in recap: quit job. jump from 2 to 19 blogs. join b5 with a few blogs then jump on as channel editor to 23 other blogs. join qumana as marketing specialist and release a newer and better pc/mac version. get engaged. and here i am. what a year!
Ok, it’s now 10 days and counting until the wedding. And, given my luck, I woke up in the middle of the night with a coughing fit. I think I’ll load up on Vitamin C and Cold FX now. Arg.
But on the plus side, people start arriving in town soon. Wohoo.
