Tris will be posting this recipe to Cooking Made Simple. Very good, btw. Homemade dough. Sauce. Everything. Oh yes.

So, Tris has put up a huge post summarizing our exciting trip today.

Today, after Arieanna made her famous Pannekoek for breakfast, we did the equally famous Salt Spring Saturday Market. Then–as will be reported on VancouverCoffee.ca–we had a cupping with the Salt Spring Coffee Co. Tonight we’re off to Moby’s Pub for lamb burgers and local beer and then Star Wars III at the local cinema. Tomorrow will bring more beach time and cookie baking. Monday, back to Salt Spring Coffee to see and smell the coffee being roasted!
